With respect to any dispute arising out of or related to any of the foregoing, both you and we consent to jurisdiction in, and the exclusive venue of, the state courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota, or when applicable in the U.S. District Court having jurisdiction over that county.

Waiver of Jury Trial
